Food Review: "Memphis BBQ"

Memphis BBQ is slamming! We celebrated a birthday at this restaurant located at 709 Desoto Cove, Horn Lake, MS. When we say that it was one of the coolest BBQ spots ever, that's an understatement! We ordered an appetizer of fried green tomatoes. The waiter also served pork rind skins. They both tasted good! Since it was a group of us, we ordered the Grand Champion platter. This platter consists of a half slab of spare and baby back ribs, 1/2 chicken, sausage, and pulled pork with cornbread, fried okra, mac n cheese, and potato salad. It was sooooo much food that it was enough to eat for an additional two days. There was food for six people. Every inch of that platter was delicious. Oh I forgot to tell you that it was $49.99!
